Robert N. Chin
Robert N. Chin is the CEO of Argyle Fund Management Ltd. Prior to Argyle, Robert was the managing director and founder of ATC Fund Services from 2003 till 2010. From 1992 till 2003 he was the managing director of Fortis Fund Services in Curaçao where he was responsible for approximately 75 staff members and US$ 22 billion in assets under administration. During the last four years of his tenure at Fortis Robert was also a member of the management team of Fortis Fund Services International. Robert's previous professional experience includes a seven year tenure as CFO of Dutch brokerage firm where Robert was a member of the European Option Exchange and the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.
Glenn E. Kennedy
Mr. Kennedy is the Executive Director of Argyle Fund Management Ltd. Mr. Kennedy is a Cayman Islands-qualified attorney-at-law who serves as an advisor and board member to Cayman Islands investment funds and their managers on governance and compliance matters.
Mr. Kennedy was previously the general counsel of a listed fund management group and was prior to that an attorney with the Cayman Islands office of a multi-jurisdictional offshore law firm. Previously, he was an equity partner with a Toronto, Canada based business law firm where he practiced in the areas of investment funds, mergers and acquisitions and competition/anti-trust law.
Mr. Kennedy holds Canadian and British Overseas Territories citizenship and is a permanent resident of the Cayman Islands.
Anita M. Zagorski
Ms. Zagorski is a qualified attorney-at-law (non-practicing) and serves as a non-executive Director of Argyle Fund Management Ltd. In her board role with Argyle, she oversees corporate secretarial functions as well as compliance matters.
Ms. Zagorski previously served as manager and in-house counsel with the Cayman Islands office of a global fund administrator. Prior to that, Ms. Zagorski acted as legal counsel for a Cayman Islands based investment management firm which managed a group of Cayman Islands investment funds. Ms. Zagorski began her career with employment with the Crown Attorney’s office, Ontario, Canada. Ms. Zagorski holds Bachelor of Arts and Law degrees from York University, Toronto, Canada. She is a permanent resident of the Cayman Islands.

Peter Rigg
In 2016, Peter Rigg set up Sagar Partners Ltd., a consulting firm in the field of alternative assets; he is also CEO of Bowman and Fitzhugh Capital (UK) Limited. Previously he was at HSBC for 21 years, the last eight of which he was responsible globally for HSBC’s 100 person alternative investment group which had $30 billion invested for institutional and high net worth clients around the world. The business was known for its range of innovative client products and solutions in hedge funds, private equity and real estate. Prior to heading up the business, Peter was Global Head of Hedge Fund Research from 2004 to 2007, based in New York. From 1999 to 2004, Peter was portfolio manager of HSBC’s fund of hedge fund range. He started his career at Rudolf Wolff as a hedge fund analyst. He is a CFA charterholder and has BA (Hons) and MA degrees from the University of Oxford.
John M. Howard
John M. Howard is President and CIO of Summit Asset Management, a regulated Investment Advisory firm based in Barbados with assets under management in excess of US$1BN, focused solely on serving the investment needs of HNW and institutional clients. Prior to his roles with the Summit group, John was Finance Director with Barrick International Bank Corp., the global treasury operation for Barrick Gold, and previously Vice President Business Advisory Services for PwC in the Eastern Caribbean. John currently sits on the Board of Directors of Fortress Fund Managers, a leading Caribbean based mutual fund company. He is also a past President of the Barbados International Business Association and has served on the Board of Directors of Invest Barbados. John qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK before relocating to Barbados in 1996. He became a CFA Charterholder in 2005.
